Dear experts,

I have a system with CPU 317-2PN/DP  and ET200SP distributed I/Os connected in PROFIBUS network. STEP7 5.5 is used for configuration and programming.

Several CM PtP modules (6ES7 137-6AA00-0BA0) are in ET200SP and one of them is connected  to Eurotherm 3216 PID Temperature controllers (3 controllers with adresses 1, 2 and 3) over MODBUS. I'm using FB641 (Modbus_Master) and FB640 (Modbus_Comm_Load) for communication. I'm calling FB640 with the following parameters:

BAUD := L#9600

PARITY := W#16#2

FLOW_CTRL := W#16#0

RTS_ON_DLY  := W#16#0

RTS_OFF_DLY  := W#16#0

RESP_TO  := W#16#1000

At FB640 call I receive DONE, so this is OK.

The fun starts with FB641. What parameters should I set for MB_ADDR? Any of communication partner addresses (1, 2 or 3) or new address fro CM module?

What MODE should I use?

The same with DATA_ADDR, DATA_LEN and DATA_PTR?

There are different terms used in Eurotherm MODBUS description and Siemens CM PtP communication instructions, so I have a difficulties to understand what I need to write!

From Eurotherm MODBUS description I have figured out, that I need parameters with modbus address (decimal) 1, 3, 24 and 273 but where should I write this in Siemens communication instructions?

Can anyone help with this?
