Can I recommend the same cable for Modbus and MSTP (ie. Belden 9841)?

 Physical Interface is same in both Network.

Do you mean Bacnet MSTP and Modbus RTU?

These networks use standard RS-485 cable, one twisted-pair 22 or 24 AWG, with overall shield.
