Modbus on TCP/IP With S7-400H System

Dear All,

                   I have S7-400 H CPU 412-5H without CP 443-1. I have 6 no.of Modbus slave device which is communicated on Modbus TCP/ IP. I want to know whether CPU integrated port will work for modbus? or I have to consider CP443-1 for Modbus Communication on TCP/IP. 

      If CPU integrated port is supporting Modbus TCP/IP communication which license I need to consider?

Please help me to figure out this.
