Hello m. shoaib khatana; The CP 341 you have selected has a RS-422/RS-485 interface, so you cna connect to up to 31 slaves having the same interface (either all on RS-422, or all on RS-485; make sure they are conforming to the electrical interface standard). The license you have selected is a Copy license, I suggest you purchase the complete license, shown below. A full license comes with the parametrization software, documentation and sample projects. A copy license only has the dongle and the license key, so it is good for installation on multiple CPs once the program is ready (one for each CP). Hello m. shoaib khatana; There is nothing stopping you from doing so. However I would caution you that it is not so easily done. Have a look at smiffy's reply to this threa, especially on the time it took to develop, test and implement the driver(and he will not send his code to another forum member, it has already been requested): CP 340 communication with RS-485 modbus Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier |
