Dear Sir/Madam

I'm using ET 200SP-CM PtP communication module(6ES7137-6AA00-0BA0) as Master to connect with 6 Slave.

I have 3 function Read : 01 Coild Status (0X)

                                        02 Input Status (1X)

                                        03 Holding Register (4x).

I'm using Modbus_Comm_Load and Modbus_Master to read 3 function.

In my program always have Error 16#8200 : The interface is busy with an ongoing request

How can I fix this problem?
