Modbus RTU to VFD

KTMman Posts: 13 Rating: (0)	Hello, Just wondering if there is a good example out there of a s7-1200 program using modbus rs-485 to read from and write to a vfd. My project would have 3 drives on one port. The reads would be fault, speed, amps, and run status. The writes would be start command and speed setting. Any help getting started would be appriciated. Thanks

Simple networking and cascading of drives (CE-X8)

I found that your example is the basis of what i need to do, but unfortunately i am rookie and i don't understand so well the example. i wonder if you could give some explanations of how your example works. It is worth learning to search the Siemens downloads to become self-sufficient and save yourself time waiting on someone else.
