Modbus TCP between Siemens Cpu ET200S

Uffe_M Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hello. I want to communicate with Modbus TCP between several Siemens systems. Wich data type should I use for DB´s input register or holding register? Is there any quick start document somewhere or a program example to loook at? I have use the TCP wizzard to configure but it doesn´t work so far.

For modbusTCP communication you can't use the TCP wizard, the "ModbusTCP wizard" is the correct wizard. The manual with a Getting Started you can find here: OpenModbusTCP, tab "Downloads". After installation you can also find example projects (search with "Browse" button in SIMATIC Manager). Wüstenräuber
