Modbus TCP/IP set via switches to S7-400 System

I have a requirement of 10 pCO3 gateways to communicate via modbus TCP/IP protocol through the an unmanaged switch and a managed switch and finally to the S7-400 cpu. So the S7-400 CPU will be able to read and write the parameters of the RTU controllers when necessary and also display the tags status on the SCADA system and also sent and receive data to the DCS system. I have uploaded the system architecture for a general view of the entire setup.
