I have succeed to create communication for just one direction, sending or receiving data. Problem is when I put one block for sending data and one block for receiving data. I can't send data. I created logic that when one job is finish (sending) other starts (receiving).

I looked up help, but I couldn't find problem. In first cycle I get data from Modbus register 40001, but I can't send anything. On block for writing data, I just get information that BUSY=TRUE. It linked to data block, that has different address than one for reading. Maybe this is important to: for simulation of data transfer over modbus tcp i'm using mod_RSsim. Sakura Silver Member Joined: 9/22/2010 Last visit: 2/10/2025 Posts: 225 Rating: (28)	Do you unconditionally call the MB_CLIENT block for writing directly afterthe MB_CLIENT block for reading? That would explain that the block for writing always says "BUSY". You can't use two blocks with the same CONNECT_ID simultaneously. If a telegram is triggered by the read block at the beginning of OB1, the job is alreadyBUSYwhen the write block is called. If once the telegram is finished, the next telegram is triggered immediately, the write block will never trigger a job. When using two calls of MB_CLIENT, you have to make sure that after a telegram is finished by one call to trigger the next telegram with the other call. I hope you understand what i try to explain...
