your problem ist :

OMT: Internal error: Transition canceled by timeout: 4f56h

Looks like a memory problem.

You should delete the complete user data and download then the project with reinit aof all retentive data.

i test the program, and use the _exportUnitDataSet Function to restore the data to the CF card. maybe that is the problem. not i  am use the CF card reader to delete the data ,but i cann't find it ....

i don't know which is it ?

I had the same issue (failing to change state from INIT to STOP and defaulting to eternal "Overal Reset") but the solution for me was different.

The problem (for some reason) had to do with the Object States menu (found by right clicking the D4x5-2). When I had deselected some Technology Objects, the bad behavior occurred after a power cycle. When I re-selected the Technology Objects (none deselected), the issue when away.

I went back and forth multiple times to prove this was the variable that caused the issue. Not sure if there is something wrong with the firmware or Scout...

My specs:

D445-2 PN/DP, FW V4.4

TIA Scout 4.4 with TIA V13 SP1 Update9
