module has a red light SF, (Event ID 16# 73E8)

The module is 6ES7 326 1BK02 0AB0. the code and hardware config is from a fully operation unit. Exact same parts used, however I get this warning when I go into run. Event ID 16# 73E8 No entry in text database. Hexadecimal values will be displayed. Event ID: 16# 73E8 OB: 16# 00 PK: 16# 9F DatID 1/ 2: 16# 00 C0 Additional info1 / 2 / 3: 16# 0000 B4B3 2CC2
