Monitor several WP251 on 1 HMI

Hello forum,

I have a question about showing 2x secure display from 2 different WP251 modules. When I monitor those, is it possible to send for each secure display different commands?

Do I have to call 2 different scripts for the securedisplays? 1 for each?

For example: I want to Re-zero WP251 (1) and re-zero WP251 (2) with 2 different buttons.

My setup would be a TP700 with 2x WP251 and through MODBUS TCP. Using the IP range: 192.168.5.XX.

Is there some kind of example project for this?

if you want to display two SecureDisplays on the same panel, you have to edit this in the "DisplayCali.xml" file of the SecureDisplay. There you have to duplicate the structure "DisplayEntry" and edit the IP address to the second Siwarex WP251.

The "Ready for use" https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109481714 section "„Ready-for-use“ for stand-alone operation without SIMATIC CPU" is prepared for up to 8 Siwarex WP251. The only thing you have to do is to edit the IP addresses in the "Connections" of WinCC and to set the variable "Mux" to 0 for the first Siwarex WP251 or to 1 for the second. If you have done this the display will access the appropriate Siwarex WP251. There in picture 6.2.0 you have a button for zeroing and tareing.

How to set the "Mux" variable you can see in the "Ready for use" of section "„Ready-for-use“ for operation with SIMATIC CPU and eight SIWAREX WP251".
