Hello All, I whant controll the step motor and I have small problem with axis configuration. I use CPU 1212C AC/DC/RLY and signal board SB1222 DC200kHz DQ 4x24VDC. I added and configured the technological object "Axis" and I have everywhere green points. I configured CPU, I added the SB and set puls and direction output on signal board - PTO Q4.0 Q4.1. I don't have program, I whant use control panel in CPU. When I run the panel, I have a message - axis is error, and - Parameter settings of pulse generator (PTO) are invalied (Address is invalied). I checked the address PTO in CPU and in technological object and are the same. Please help me, what I do wrong? Sorry for my English. AttachmentScreens.zip (524 Downloads) |

Hello, could it be that you haven't enable the pulse generator? |

For motion control with S7-1200, refer these - it may help you Controlled positioning with S7-1200 via pulse/direction interface (CE-X7) Which Motion Control functions are there in STEP 7 (TIA Portal) V11 and how do you use these functions? |
