motion control with 1214c PLC

The only thing I can suggest you is to look for Technology Objects in TiA, You can link them to a hardware (your drive) if they can use profinet telegrams such as Telegram 3 or Telegram 105. Technology objects are a layer provided by Siemens in TiA that helps your application connect and correctly use your hardware. Video about TO In your application you can interface your program using motion control instruction library.
