adamlahadi Experienced Member Joined: 10/4/2019 Last visit: 10/27/2024 Posts: 114 Rating: (0)	HI using a G120 sinamics i used the Profidrive in order to control the position in the picture i showed how my system is ,alos how i set the mechanics parameters in the Technologie object,but when Comissioning i don't get a good result for the positioning. am i wrog !!! And what is actual positioning error ? Next - what is complete architecture of the axis, motor type, where is encoder connected, how a position loop is closed, what is length of the belt, load torque, belt elongation under load, can the belt slip on the wheels ?

However with the details you revealed I doubt if anyone can solve your problem. hi friend this is my program about the pullies 1st pulley attached to motor 40teeth 3 pitch so i tried 403=120mm 2nd pulley attached to encode(1000ppr) 40teeth 2pitch 402=80mm Attachment Motion_Control_01_20231012_1759.zip (391 Downloads)
