Hello We were just testing a new servo motor (Simotion) with data 1FK7063-2AF71-1RH2, ENCODER AM20DQI P56 instead of same motor but different in encoder last number is P54, after installed new it working and when return back original one with ending number P54 gives alarm 20005, we tested motor on another machine and it is working without any problem, how can i return it back and solve this problem.
