we recommend to receive the motor data directly from the manufacturer.

If you do not get the motor data prepared accordingly, you should at least make sure that the values for inductance and resistance are entered as string values (and not as terminal/terminal values as in the data sheet from the motor manufacturer).

Values that you do not know should be left at the factory setting. A standstill measurement is recommended. If you have the actual firmware >=FW5.1, a rotating measurement would also measure the saturation characteristic and the current controller would already be adapted. However, it should be possible to accelerate and decelerate  the motor with maximum current.

Whether this is possible for you, you would have to consider yourself.
