Hi, I have two servo motor with Absolute encoder but in this 1 motor showing exact value after power on & Power off but another 1 motor is not showing exact value after power ON & OFF. i am using telegram No3 & Speed control method. also select the mode 7 for homing. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

Hello R2A_Automation, I think you have already done some research and noticed that this can have several causes. If I were you I would compare the two axes, possibly the 2nd motor was not homed correctly (because you mentioned speed controlled mode). For Homig Mode 7, the following requirements have to be met
The absolute encoder adjustement will be lost in case the motor encoder will be turned more than half of the encoders measuring range during power off. Additionally, the following points will reset the homed status:

Once, You have to check by using SINA_POS Block and check. |

Hello R2A_Automation, please check again, maybe one of the previously posted options reset the absolute encoder adjustement. In case you need further help, you can also contact the Technical Support: @AVI96 Thank you for your post, the V90 can also be operated using the integrated Basic Positioner. But R2A_Automation is not using the Basic Positioner, that means SINA_POS (which is for the control of the Basic Positioner) has nothing to with R2A_Automations problem. |
