Pl give me ladder logic for: Motor On for 5s & off for 5s continously. You can consider Start by I0.0 & Stop by I0.1

• Using to successive timer (one TON/on TOF) with adjustable pulse and pause time
• Use one of the OB3X to toggle a bit.Time between 2 OB3X should meet your requirement and your CPU should provide you the extra option (several available OB3X).
• Clock of CPU and using counters

For all options, there are numerous samples in technical forum and you can search for them with keywords.Just to add this point , motors never run on pulses with short period!
