You need to configure another DI (separate from the above i.e. DI for MotP UP, DN & direction of rotation key) Set P50431 = 0.5% (10 RPM), set P50680 = DI BI which you want to define for fixed 10 RPM. So when drive power is ON, with pressing this DI motor will run with fixed 10 RPM. With earlier defined DI & MotP you can run the motor & vary motor speed between 50 - 600 RPM.

It is presume that ON/OFF & ENABLE DI BI conditions must be fulfilled. Another alternate solution is if you want to run motor in JOG mode is, you can connect DI BI which you configured as PB for 10 RPM rotation, to P1055 or P1056. So that when you press this PB, JOG input + 10 RPM fixed set point will be applied to drive, in this case only enable input also must be applied. 

BTW, I also presume, you have enterd all motor related data in relevant parameters, have carried out the optimisation procedures as explained in manual & then complete the hardware wiring & set the parameters as per logic requirement.

But, how can I use use jog mode and motp together?

Jog should be stopped before using other parameters.Right?

My requirement is:

I have a Run PB, a Slow PB & a Speed up PB. When pressing the run PB the drive should be started and the motor should run at a speed of 10rpm. Next, when I press the PB the motor should jump to a speed of 50rpm.And by pressing the speed up PB , the speed should increase in steps and reach 600rpm max. Motor should not run beyond 600rpm. So how can I use the jog to start and run the drive?

No need to configure JOG mode. But I don't understand why motor RPM to jump from 10 to 50 RPM? What is the load intertia? Is mechanic sufficient strong to absorb jerk from direct 10 to 50 RPM? What if speed varies from 10 to 600 RPM by MotP?
