Hello, How can I calculate motor torque for a new erection in the rolling mill. Is it no load calculation or on load calculation? |

Dear Masru, in order to size a drive for a new machine setup you always need to count with "on load calculation". In the end of the day we want the motor+drive running the machine applied with load, without getting too hot or getting stalled.
