MotorID is not available for GM150

I have an arguement with my site team,can anyone give me a reason that why cann't take MotorID on the high-voltage motor? or does any manauls said so ?

If so, I would take their advice. In my currently delivering project, I have 3 non-Siemens motors (inverter duty rated) with output filters between the drives and motors. To get one of the motors to complete the motor id/commissioning, I had to rewire the drive direct to the motor - bypassing the output filter - before the motor id process would complete. Even after it completed, the motor has oscillations during ramp down and actually overshoots a couple of times after hitting 0 speed. If you have good motor data, entering it into the drive should improve your performance and keep the drive from calculating incorrect motor data. My largest of the 3 motors is so old, the nameplate is pretty much non-existent. The other two motors had nameplate data, so I contacted the manufacturer and obtained as much of the motor data as possible. Those motors control much better.

You can try it both ways with a factory reset in between. Monitor the motor performance both ways and pick the method that suits. Then you will be the experts on your specific system. One thing to remember is that once you get a successful motor id, you should perform it at few times, noting the motor characteristics parameters after each run. They should get better with each run until it starts to oscillate around the most accurate data. Best of luck.
