MOVE Analog Input and Scale?

Hi, all.

I am new to the S7-1200 (I have typically used S7-200).

When connecting the PLC to the HMI, I would read analog inputs with the following..

I used to create a subroutine called "HMI" and within this subroutine, I used to do:

"Always On" which then connects to a MOV_W.  My in would be AIW0 and my out would be VW700. (All in Step 7).

Then with WinCC flex, I would have my 0 - 5 VDC signal be read in a tag, and I would use a linear scale of 0 - 100 for my 5 VDC signal (0 - 32000).

How would I go about doing this same concept in TIA Portal?  Could someone please provide me an example?

You can still use the method you did before and have the HMI scale to what you need. In this case just remember that the analog value is between 0 and 27648in the raw input.

 Thanks for the answer and help, but I cannot open the example within that thread (I am using V13).  Could you please show an example?
