I think it should be possible with a script.

If you change the location with tags, then you can use C or VBS.

Here is an example and a reference for the dynamization of objects with VBS:

Example code added to Facplate "Properties > Events > Click" which would move the faceplate to the upper left Corner of the Screen. Instead of "0" you can use the SmartTags for the coordinates.

On a PC you can use Windows API function to read the mosition/coordinates of the mouse. You need to use a C script for that. I didn't try it myself yet, so I don't know if it works well enogh.
