movement of an object in a specified time

How is it possible to do, for example a vertical, movement which takes ten seconds?

One possibility is to dynamic the object with a simulated tag.

one solution may be :

plc tag(int type) that change from 0 to 100 and increase 10 unit every 100ms.

read this tag with fast acquisition cycle and use to dinamize object movement (complete movement will be 1 second).
