Moving a WinCC Project out of a step 7 project.

lukedon Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	I have a WinCC project within a Step 7 project. I wish to open up this WinCC project on a computer without step 7, so i removed the files from the step 7. Upon trying to open the step 7 project i recieve a error "The user does not have the rights to preform this action! please check the assignment of the current user of the user groups in windows" Can someone please help me this this problem, as currently technical support have not!

lukedon Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	thanks for the reply, however, "nclude the Windows user logged on in the SIMATIC HMI user group (Computer Administration > System > Local Users and Groups > Groups > SIMATIC HMI). Then log off and then on again with the Windows user initially logged on. " computer Administration, local useres and groups...cant find any of the options. where do i gain access to them?
