MP277 10 key hangs on "Connecting to host"

Dear expert and all,

I have problem when transfer a project to MP277 10 key via ethernet connection.

i modified the original project and then trasfer to the panel.

When trasfering project by Wincc Flexible 2008 Sp3, a warning required update OS because the version of panel is V1.1.3.0_1.55. The transfering finished without any fault and the version of panel is V1.1.4.0_1.16. After rebooting, the panel just hung on "Connecting to host " , not running the program. I use Prosave to dowgrade the panel to V1.1.3.0, but not work .
