MP277 Connection with PC

I would comunicate to transfer data that are in the storage card but I don't know the right way. Can you explain me something please? Thank you, Roby

J_Bell Posts: 5822 Rating: (412)	Dear Roby, well the connection will work, surely. The only things you have to care about is the IP Addresses you use, they have to be within the same Subnet. As a cable, in the direct connection you need a cross over cable. If you use a Switch or a Hub you can use any Ethernet Cable you want. The Panel is not able to share Storage, so if you wantyou will have to copy data from your MMC/SD Card on the Panel to the PC within your Explorer, no other way is possible, at least in my mind. You will have to share a folder in your PC and you will have to map this folder to your Panel. I hope I could help a bit. Best regards J_Bell

I also try to digit a username and passwd and domain but I don't understand what they refer to. Any suggestions or advice for me? Thank you, Roby

I try to create a folder in \Network or in \flash or in \Application Data but I don't know how I do to share it. When I open the properties there isn't nothing like share. Only one question: My PC and my Panel must be in the same domain or workgroup? (that I digit in Control Panel->Network ID) If yes, how can I do it? Thanks, Roby

The Explorer on the Panel can map shared folders on a PC but the PC can't share something on the Panel. I also do not know any way to share something on a Panel. Best regards J_Bell
