MP277 loosing data

Keith H Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	I am having a problem with some MP277 screens loosing data when they are rebooted. The screen will show the "Transfer/Start/Control Panel/TaskBar" screen, but the run time will not start. The runtime files appear to be still on the panel, but it looses everything that is set in the Control Panel. Has anyone had this problem or has a solution?

Have you tried to perform an OS update, with the option 'Reset to factory settings' selected. See this link: how do you do an operating system update (OS update) on operator panels? Keith H Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	I am using WinCC flexible 2005. The screen has the lastest operating system for that version (v1.0.0.5 i think). I have found that the problem occurs more frequently when the run time and operating system are restored from a backup on a Memory card. I have tried several different memory cards, so I know it is not the problem.
