MP277 sometimes Touch not work

I am using MP277 with CPU 319-2PN/DP. sometimes HMI's Touch is not work but at this point it can work with the mouse. it is work after power restart or profibus unpluged then pluged of HMI. i have already recalibrate its touch but still situation is same. thnks in advance...

The problem may be due to manufacturing defect in HMI. if it is under warranty better to change with new one.
