Hello Mark; From the following table, it would seem that only with a WinCC Flexible RT (on a PC) could you connect all 8 controllers simultaneously. A MP 277 (B) can only connect to 6 controllers at the same time: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/15363798 However, look at the link at the bottom of the document, it takes you to a sample application where you can change connections from one controller to the next, so the number of actual controllers available is unlimited, as long as the number of maximum simultaneous connections is not overrun. There is a sample program you can download also. The document states clearly that this aplies to PC RT and all panels. Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier |
