Sorry for late replay!
I had similar problem. I am sure your pannel hardware is not damaged.
The message you have seen "No image found..." does not mean picture, It is disk file image.
Your pannel Operating System had corrupted (failed). The OS for this pannel is Win CE.
Here is the steps I had done and works fine for me:

1. First you need to have Win CE OS in disk image format like .iso ( if you dont have contact SIEMENS or google for it)
2. Format a flash disk in FAT system and copy the file to the flash disk by your PC.
3. Power off your pannel then connect the falsh disk and USB keyboard to the pannel
4. Power up your pannel then the pannel will boot up from flash disk and starts loading
5. Follow the instruction and setup the OS
6. After the setup finished remove your flash disk then restart again
7. Now everything should be OK and you need to upgrade firmware

No necessary to contact Siemens; Just reset HMI.

If you see Image is corrupt!

Waiting for image update…

1)      Just connect with patch cable to HMI and start ProSave
2)      In the "General" tab select "Ethernet" for the connection
3)      In "OS Update" tab check the "Reset to factory settings" check box and  input field displayed for the MAC address
4)      Under "Image path" you select the operator panel image file "*.img"
5)      Press  "Update OS" button
6)      Recalibrate the touch screen and set OP parameters after restoring the factory settings

W moim przypadku:

1. Nadanie adres ip. 10.100.3.2 w Online & diagnostics tak żeby działał ping;

2. Kabel ethernet  (różnie crosowane) ;

3. Restore to factor - zadziałało;

Put the device ip 10.100.3.2 -> set tcp/ip comunication

Change wire connection from auto(dhcp) to 10.100.3.99
