Hello, You will have to try to perform an OS update with the option "Reset to factory settings" See this link: how do you do an operating system update (OS update) on operator panels? Here is a manual of MP377, http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/26248558 Search for OS update You can use MAC Address. Best regards, Wizard |

Dear
I had similar problem. I am sure your pannel hardware is not damaged. The message you have seen "No image found..." does not mean picture, It is disk file image. Your pannel Operating System had corrupted (failed). The OS for this pannel is Win CE. Here is the steps I had done and works fine for me: 1. First you need to have Win CE OS in disk image format like .iso ( if you dont have contact SIEMENS or google for it) 2. Format a flash disk in FAT system and copy the file to the flash disk by your PC. 3. Power off your pannel then connect the falsh disk and USB keyboard to the pannel 4. Power up your pannel then the pannel will boot up from flash disk and starts loading 5. Follow the instruction and setup the OS 6. After the setup finished remove your flash disk then restart again 7. Now everything should be OK and you need to upgrade firmware I hope this helps and let me know your progress |

Dear Elektron27, For WinCE 6.0 you need to burn ISO image to the flash disk. Try this tool : http://www.isotousb.com/isotousb_setup.exe and dont forget to enable USB booting on BIOS. Regards, |
