MP377 Sending logging data outside

I have problem with MP377. Iam trying to send csv files to PC, which is in another LAN network.Same domein. I used router. Router's configuration is good becouse all other Pcs are working(these can access all network sources from domein) In MP377 I use in explorer \\Computername , and panel cannot access it. I got information "Bad network path. Check to see if the path you typed is correct and that your dial-up connection is active or your network card is properly"

But if I open cmd and ping or tracert by \\ipadress and \\computername panel find it without problems. Other PCs and network drives also.

It seems that the problem is the name resolution. When the OP panel look for the server where the shared folder is, it's not found because the panel tries to resolve the name within the local LAN, but the server is not in the same LAN, so, it would be nice to configure the network connection of the panel to look up in a WINS. So you put the WINS IP of your enterprise in the WINS field. But IT DOESN'T work. It seems Windows CE is not able to understand the new WINS servers, so.... WHAT TO DO?.

I found that if you configure the DNS AND WINS fields IN THE OPERATOR PANEL with the same IP of the SERVER where the shared folder is, the folder BECOMES REACHABLE.

Please, for God sake, share this information with everybody, I wasted my time with this.
