mpcb should trip when current exceeds 27A, but it is not tripping

Hello, We are using 3VU1640-1MP00 siemens mpcb for motor of rated current of 29A. Actual current is 28A in R phase,30.5 A in Y phase, 27A in B phase. Current trip setting is set to 22A on mpcb.The mpcb is tripping after more than 10 minutes even though the actual current is 30A in Y phase. It is written on mpcb is trip current is 125% of the setting. As per setting of 22A, the mpcb should trip when current exceeds 27A. But it is not tripping. Please give me solution.
