Hi, If the panel is freezing, I understand that this is the reason for the event in the CPU diagnostic buffer, since it will have lost connection. I believe possible remedies to a Unified Comfort Panel freezing would be: 1. Check that the downloaded project does not exceed the hardware limits for which the panel has been tested: 2. Reset to factory settings of the Unified Panel: Resetting Unified Comfort Panel to factory settings 3. Image version installed on the panel outdated: Image Downloads for HMI Operator Panels Does any of this help prevent the UCP from freezing? |

Hi Finn-C, In my opinion, you should check that the date and time of the PLC and the Panel are (almost) the same. This is important for a secure connection. You should also make sure that the latest image version is installed on your device. It may also be helpful to grab some log files with the Trace Viewer. However, for a freeze case, this should be done over a longer period of time (maybe a few hours), and reading the log files requires some experience.
