I found only one FOC in Multimode on Siemens Catalog 6XV1873-2R can iuse this..?? Thanks,

Multimode fiber diameters range from 50 um to 100 um. Single-mode is much thinner, often with a diameter of 9 um. See this article from Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Multi-mode_optical_fiber And compare it to the description of the cable you were looking at earlier: Product links: 6XV1820-5AH10 So this cable is a multimode FOC.
