Multiple access to the high-speed counter- error code 80c0

Mehdiiraee Regular Member Joined: 4/16/2019 Last visit: 1/13/2023 Posts: 17 Rating: (0)	hello engineers ; I have a problem with CTL_HSC function. please help me how to fix this. in OB1 i use a CTL_HSC for test, when in configuration of s7 1200 1212DC/DC/DC , High speed counter-- HSC1-- Function , i put type of counting in to period and download the program(its just a simple program for test, just CTL_HSC is used) the error code 80c0 will appear in status in the CTL_HSC. but when i change the period into count or Frequency without any other changes and download it to plc there is no error . what should i do to solve this problem ? Multiple access: how do you trigger CTL_HSC to run? Is that consistent with how requesting Period is supposed to be activated? Are you waiting for the block to complete before asking it to perform another CTL_HSC request? EmanueleBaffo Member Joined: 4/21/2022 Last visit: 7/6/2022 Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	I had similar problem and I fixed by using the "BUSY" output port (See example in attacceded picture) I think 80C0 was caused because you "continuosly" call the block CTRL_HSC Attachment HSC_Busy.PNG (128 Downloads)
