Multiple instance crash

I mean different projects opened at same time, without runtime. Tia Version V14 SP1 Update 2 STEP 7 Version V14 SP1 Update 2 WinCC Professional Version V14 SP1 Update 2 Why this isn't happening on Tia V13?

It could be a installation or settings problem. Can you make a Support Request through the Technical Support of Siemens?
