Multiple programmers in same S7 project

JLarsen Posts: 6 Rating: (1)	After installing the Step7,V5.4+SP1 a very ignoring problem has come back [:(] In the previous version this was solved. The problem is that the application gets VERY slow if one the programmers has changed/used the symbol database. The only solution as I now is to restart S7 manager.... What we do is: Retrieving the project to a common harddrive, and then opening the project from 2-3 PC's at this harddrive. - Is this the right way to do it (used to work) or is there a better way? - If not, do anyone know if this is going to be fixed in a new SP, and when will this be released? PC1: Is only used to store the S7-project on (instead off normal c:\****\s7proj) S7 manager is not opened on this pc. PC2 and 3: Opens the S7-project directlyfrom PC1via a local network. First timePC2inserts in a new symbol on a M1400.0 bit in the symbol table and saves. The performance of the applicationgoes "totally down". meaning that it takes 3 minutes and 30 sec. to save a FC with size 20.000 bytes in work mem. And I know that i worked in the version before 5.4+SP1 (can't remember the version) but not in the version before that. And I have made no changes at my PC. best regards JLarsen
