The device is a PAC3200 and the CPU is an S7-1512 It's possible to create multiple MB_Client instances for only one device? I'm thinking in something like this #DB_MB_Client0(REQ := TRUE, DISCONNECT := #MB_DISCON0, MB_MODE := 0, MB_DATA_ADDR := #ADDR_START0, MB_DATA_LEN := 110, MB_DATA_PTR := #MB_data_ptr0, CONNECT := #MB_Connect0); #DB_MB_Client1(REQ := TRUE, DISCONNECT := #MB_DISCON1, MB_MODE := 0, MB_DATA_ADDR := #ADDR_START1, MB_DATA_LEN := 110, MB_DATA_PTR := #MB_data_ptr1, CONNECT := #MB_Connect1); #DB_MB_Client2(REQ := TRUE, DISCONNECT := #MB_DISCON2, MB_MODE := 0, MB_DATA_ADDR := #ADDR_START2, MB_DATA_LEN := 18, MB_DATA_PTR := #MB_data_ptr2, CONNECT := #MB_Connect2); #DB_MB_Client3(REQ := TRUE, DISCONNECT := #MB_DISCON3, MB_MODE := #"R/W Tariff", MB_DATA_ADDR := #ADDR_START3, MB_DATA_LEN := 36, MB_DATA_PTR := #MB_data_ptr3, CONNECT := #MB_Connect3); Read 4 different regists and in the last I want to write to.

In case of S7-1500 I expect lot of free resources generally. 2. how much independed connections can server offer. This is most important thing you need check.

You need cut your requirements to that 2 CLIENT instructions, so maybe if you want exchange different data from Server you need prepare some sequencer - one for bit, next to Holding Register f.ex. and to other Client f.ex. for Input registers.

The code is something like: #DB_MB_Client(REQ := TRUE, DISCONNECT := FALSE, MB_MODE := 1, MB_DATA_ADDR := 40802, MB_DATA_LEN := 2, MB_DATA_PTR := #MB_data_ptr, CONNECT := #MB_Connect); I've keeped the same configuration in MB_Connect comparing with the read MB_Client The status alternate between 7001,7002 and 80C4. Any example or idea how to solve the problem?

In other case: 1. is your Server support FC6, FC16 maybe other code for multiple write to Holding Register? 2. 16#80C4 is some temp connection error, maybe due your request Server disconnects you. I recommend execute only one register write for test, then try more as you need. In my case with MB sim all working ok. Attachment MB_ERR.jpg (288 Downloads)

It's something like this pseudocode LOOP Read Disconnect the read client Write Disconnect the write client END I think that for my application this works. Thanks
