Multiproject in Tia Portal V13 ??

trakyy Experienced Member Joined: 8/11/2011 Last visit: 11/27/2023 Posts: 51 Rating: (1)	Hi, There was a multiproject function in Simatic manager, so we were able to program different PLC's and operator panels easily.Also we were able to comminicate the PLC's with each other quickly. Do we still have this function in Tia Portal V13? Now, i have three different projects, each one has one PLC and one Operator panel (They are all copied from one old project, and revised for new usage). Yesterday, i tried to combined them by grouping them in a new project. I called them from reference projects one by one. Then, copied the PLC and OP to the group folder. I made the same for three projects. After these steps, i looked at the hmi screens, and see that texts are gone, some graphics are gone, some are mixed with old ones... Is there any other way to combine the projects like multiproject in simatic manager? Or grouping them is the only way instead of multiproject? Thanks...

Other case: If more as one user are working with the same STEP 7 (TIA Portal) project, you will find in the FAQ 82142829 further informations. With best regards Cicero

This manual synchronization is possible and you are always unsure... Better way is using of external application for generating source codes and syncing via github.
