NCU H3 displays 3,what's wrong with it?

Vladimir Romantov Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	The NCU 7-segment is now 3,and I can not make it general clear.And I didn't change PCMCIA card and do anything wrong,the NCU become defective in operation time. So anyone know what's wrong with it,pls tell me.
