Need adjust fan speed with Logo!

This old thread but I have same type project.

I have two fans. Both are small ~100w / 230VAC. I need adjust fan speed with Logo!. AI and AQ modules but how..? Motorcontroller? Ideas?

Description
Application:
For automatic, stepless speed control of voltage controllable motors (230 V, 50 Hz) on fans and pumps by means of a 0 - 10 V or 0 - 20 mA signal.

Installation
Wiring according to the attached circuit diagram.

A transmitter (not included - see group 2/5) with an output signal of 0 - 10 V, or 0 - 20 mA provides the necessary signal. Selection on jumper 16.
The minimum speed (60 ... 160 V) is set via the potentiometer 21, and the maximum speed (150 ... 230 VAC) via 22. With potentiometer 20 it can be determined whether the fan shuts off at a signal between 0 ... 4 V or 10 - 6 V (depending on switch 16). The switch 18 determines whether a "hard start" (maximum speed for 8 - 10 s) or a normal start should occur.
