How to configure the IP for Scalance switch using TIA Portal.

I have a question i am using unmanage switch and I have established the connection in between S7-1518 PLC and Others controller via PROFINET Card (i.e. Atlas copco (power max controller), Desoutter controller
and Bosch controller). But after sometime i found that the connection in between S7-1518 PLC and Others controller are auto-disconnect and auto-connect and because of that i missed the data.

Requirement: Need continuously establish the connection in between the all controllers with PLC.

Connection architecture: Controller >> unmanage switch >> Master PLC(My PLC)  via Profinet.
