Need current logging solutions..

kid237 Posts: 158 Rating: (3)	hi, i am using AI (331-7KF02-0AB0) to monitor the current consumption of the air cond. and solar system. Air Cond (AC Current Measurement). to measure the current consumption of the air cond. i am using a 10A current transformer (Talema India AC1010). I have tested the CT, where for 1mA (current flow)=0.25mVac (output), and for maximum current of 10.7A (current flow)= 1.003mVac (Output) so, with the readings that i have measured above, how can i use the Analog Input model that i have mentioned above as the module can only measure 0-10vdc or 4-20mA. is there any alternative circuits that i need to use to convert the AC to DC and to increase the output voltage so that i can log the current data using this analog module?? Solar (DC CurrentMeasurement). the solar power will charge the 100A batteries and from the batteries will supply 12vdc to the load. Here i need to measure the charging current from solar to the batteries and also the current from the batteries to the load. I have tested a 57A current transfomer (CSLA1CD 0610 MEX). min -> 1.38A = 2.306Vdc max -> 25.74 = 2.447Vdc I have 8 batteries to monitor here, so can i use hardware multiplexing and only use 1 analog input channel to moniotor the DC current measurement? If thats possible, is there any circuits available for the hardware multiplexing? Thanks.

I'm sure there are many manufacturers for such transducers but I just know Lumel, http://www.lumel.com.pl/en/area_of_activity/measurement_of_dc_voltage_or_d/art14.html http://www.lumel.com.pl/en/area_of_activity/measurement_of_ac_voltage_or_a/art62.html I hope that sampling rate and conversion time doesn't bother you* because this solution is quite slow compared to what you can have if you go for modern power meters.
