Need driver for Simatic PC Adapter USB V1.3

Yash_Shekar Posts: 17 Rating: (0)	Dear Experts, I have problem with Simatic PC adapter USB driver, due to which my PC is not able to communicate with PLC (CPU313C) through MPI cable (Simatic S7 PC Adapter USB V1.3 (6ES7 972-0CB20-0XA0 SVP)) C1547908). I am aware that this driver automatically gets installed while installing Step 7 or TIA portal. Unfortunately this driver didn't get installed while installing TIA V11 SP2 in my PC. So please let me know the link to download the driver for Simatic S7 PC Adapter USB V1.3. Thanks in advance.

Is the notification come up that a new device is found and drivers ere need? Is the PC Adapter detected in the Windows Device Manager? Regards Christoph

If no driver was found the adpater ist listed under Unknow Devices! The yellow sign on the Adapter in the device Manager means that there are some troubles with Windows and the adapter, check the Entry (double click in device manager) to see which error is reported from Windows. Which USB Port you use? Do you use the original cable from the Adapter or other? Regards Christoph
