Need help with conveyor scales with the siemens bw 500 controller

I had such a problem, the controller writes the maximum gain is exceeded, how can I solve this problem. thanks ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from Milltronics BW500.

Paolo_Ricci Member Joined: 12/22/2010 Last visit: 1/10/2024 Posts: 7 Rating: (4)	Please clarify error message is being displayed, is it "maximum rate..." or "maximum speed..."? Maximum Rate would indicate that the scale is reading greater than 3 times the design rate (P011). Maximum Speed would indicate that the speed is 2 times the design speed (P014). Can you please confirm that the Rate and Speed values on the BW500 display are within the design values? If not, then it would appear that either the values entered into the BW500 are incorrect, or that the calibrations were not performed correctly. Please note the errors due not clear on their own, they require operator intervention. Meaning you must cycle the BW500 into Program mode and then back to Run mode for the errors to clear.
