Need help with how to translate int to temperature unit

i need to readtemperature from the field so i used norm_x instruction what is the formula totranslate int to temperature? |

I think some more information is needed.. Do you have a transmitter connected to an analog input, or ...?

Hi, if you uses a termocoulpler or TP100, etc, in a dedicate module, the read value comes alread in 10*Celsius (or Farenheit, etc.). The conversion, if needed, is just a question from convert to float point and divide per 10... If you get the value from 0..10V or 4..20mA, I suggest you SCALE block: Sample program: SCALE and UNSCALE /tf/WW/en/Posts/31698#top |
