Thanks so much for your answer, I did it like your suggestion and It has worked but not correctly. i did it as follows: my ball screw lead is 10mm servo nomaly speed is 3000 rpm - > so in technology configuration Tia portal i set 2000 pluse per motor revolution and 10mm for load movement per revolution. - i put 1:1 into Pn20E: Pn210 in The electronic gear setting, which described page 5.6 in yaskawa product manual - i tried operating in MC_moverelative with 10 digits in velocity speed setpoint and 10 in distance distance but it did not work. if i try to increase The electronic gear to 640:1( default setting) then it worked but with a slow speed and incorrect movement distance, it may be 2mm pls help me some suggestions about that?

Dear honganh4790, I think you should recalculate the electronic gear and determine how many pulses you need for one motor revolution. Please refer to the attached pictures and the chapter 5.16 Electronic Gear Settings (page 5-46) of the Sigma 7-Series AC Servo Drive Product Manual. Dear honganh4790, Please carefully read and think about the #dp's good explanation. In chapter 5.16 "…if you set an electronic gear in the host controller, normally set the electronic gear ratio in the SERVOPACK" to 1:1" is right. But, consider the max. pulse output frequency of S7-1214 (100kHz), electronic gear ratio set to 1:1 is definitely not practical. Because, in your case, 10mm ball screw lead with a SGM7 Servomotor of 16777216 encoder resolution (see the attached table), you must set the pulses per revolution to 16777216 in PLC TO Axis Mechanics also (and set the Load motion per motor revolution to 10mm); and the max. velocity will be only about 0.0596mm/s, with 100kHz pulses. Too slow! So, a much bigger electronic gear ratio must be set in the SERVOPACK. Best regards, Yu-wen AttachmentGear Ratio.zip (474 Downloads) |
