SIMO COM U (and SIMODRIVE 611U ) is discontinued for years. I am not sure it can run properly

under Win 7. risk by yourself.

Normally I use it under Win XP. keep one PC /Laptop OS Win XP or making

I need "simodrive 611d setup" software for Windows 7 64bit.

 Siemens has no "simodrive 611d setup" software at all 

Do you know 611D is always working together with SINUMERIK 840D (YOU HAVE 810D, IT IS COMPACT VERSION 840D).

THE 611d START UP tool is integrated inside the SINUMERIK HMI SOFTWARE 

THOSE sw running under Win NT4.x or Win XP. in the hardware such as PCU50 or PCU50.3 

There is old version SINUMERIK HMI SOFTWARE for PC, but Siemens is discontinued it, and I am not sure (possible NOT) it can run under Win 7

 Your 810D machine system has PCU (PCU50 ro PCU20) 

for back up PCU 50 can back directly to HDD , PCU20 you need Winpcin sw to transfer back up to PC

 You need post picture and saying you have this software under Win XP, so we waste so much time.

But As I told you This is old SW. Siemens did not support upgrade to Win 7 or 10. if you SW running on Win XP is good, just keep using it. 

If you have installation CD ROM, try to install it under Win 7 by yourself rick. to see it running.

If not --I also told you search for

Virtual machine software.

, install That SW into Win XP virtual machine then install to your Win 7 PC 

I think you need CP5512 to make communication to NCU via MPI or Profibus cable
